its called "911" by Jules and Gedeon Naudet. they were filming a documentary on a rookie firefighter the day of 911. they responded to sthe scene and im pretty sure "911" is the only film footage from inside the building. since it was all filmed on that day, it is unbiased and no theories involved whatsoever.

This was filmed by the Naudet brothers who were making a documentary that day about the FDNY and of course the events unfolded before their eyes and their camera lens. It ended up being made in to a film called 9/11 and was released 6 months after the event.
