  • i like some of Hestons stuff, but, i think(subjectively)he thinks far too much about things, thats just me.

  • Omg - hestons ginger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • he doesn't look as cool as when he is bald and has glasses

  • 8:35 white vs. dark... lol, i can so spin that in the wrong direction :D

  • There i thought I was "sealing" the meat... :'(

  • This program is fantastic, but the likes of Heston and Discovery Channel's Mythbusters are notably guilty for undermining the principle of scientific rigor. Four samples an experiment do not make, Heston!

  • 02:13 - Tom - "alright Heston, how's that for you?"

    02:15 - Heston - "they look lovely!"

    Tom - "cool that'll be-"

Heston 02:18-28 - "not much connective tissue, not done much work, these are from.."

Tom - ".... Dude.....you've been coming in since you were 16 ... how many times do I have to tell you, I just sell the meat..... I have no idea what the hell are you on about!"

    :P

  • heston....you have hair? 0_o

  • @AweirdSmell I like ginger hair, what so bad about it ?

  • This show is really interesting but those insanely close shots of heston's face bother me.

  • lol heston's got hairrrr

  • Thanks for all the relevant comments morons. Though I do actually have a question for any non-retarded people reading this: what's your opinion about cooking a steak for 24 hours at 50c (122f) in the oven before pan-frying? I just can't get my head around the fact that bacteria would multiply like crazy in that temp range. Of course the searing should kill the bacteria, but still ... it seems slightly risky. Any food scientists out there ready to help? :)

  • It's really quite irritating to come on YouTube and select a video to watch and then, as the video is buffering I scroll down to the comments section to try and get a feel for what I'm about to watch, only to find that all the comments, at least as far back as I can be bothered to read, are all just some pathetic argument.. Let it go. (There were a few asides in parentheses but due to character restraints I had to get rid of them; I'm afraid you're going to have to just deal with that.).

  • I seriously believe that dude MrHonerdeath came straight from Bulgaria or some shit about a month ago WTF is that duchebag saying?

  • @kdg5636 On the one hand, you have never read chemistry I believe, and on the other one, I have never even been to Bulgaria and neither have I took any sort of trip for a couple of months.

  • That man looks green

  • Gotta love idiots fighting on youtube

  • like you my dear friend?

  • @OriginalAtomicSheep who you callin an idiot? you think what that you are better than people? smarter? geez with the way you say "gotta" instead of the proper "got to" i would think it is ironic that you call other people "idiots"

  • @werewasyo awesome comeback, you are no longer an idiot in my books.

  • He look wired with hair and without glasses

  • Now I know this is going to spark some sort of 'I gotta get back at this guy' response from some people, but all I said was that I really didn't understand what was being said to me because you guys evidently have some sort of problem with grammar.

You may CLAIM to spell, type, talk yada yada, but Wikipedia isn't even an accurate place to start with regards to whatever it is the hell you want me to read.

So just because I chose to make a reply,I'm called a 'Wannabe Scientist'?

    You tard...

  • @sherwin3 infact, I find you rather amusing. You just sit there on your computer for months trying to work out the perfect sentence to get ontop of me. However, I have a perfect life, indeed, and, as it comes to, i cook alot and therefore know alot about cooking and chemistry.

  • heston with hair!

  • HESTON HAS HAIR :O

  • at 8:43 he says, that the molecule does our blood red. That's Bullshit, cause of that it is more of yellow inside. When it reacts with oxygen it changes colour...

  • @MrHonordeath You're not really making much sense :D

  • @sherwin3 =) i obviously make sence, you've just to understand it.

  • @MrHonordeath No dude, learn to spell and construct a sentence properly first and THEN, I'll understand.

  • @sherwin3 Presens: Do + es, understand? B + S = bullshit, got it? Yellow, understand?(ofc. not... well, from white light all the components equal zero except the yellow component. Hope you got it!) Oxidation you also should know. However, if you dont, you may ( just may) want to continue your studies ever so slightly longer. OHHHH! and ofc. the numbers would just be and assistance for you to navigate in the time elapse. Thank you, and whish you darn got it now...

  • @sherwin3 I do know how to type, spell and write properly, and also how to produce a proper sentence. I seriously recommend wikipedia for you, as you seem to be some kind of a wannabe scientist, if it makes sence to you?

  • @MrHonordeath you spelled "sense" wrongly and you claimed that you're able to produce a proper sentence? You didn't even get the word right -_-

  • @menyenye I can see, that you are jealous because of that i know my thing. However, that's why there's schools to go to, and why to learn. So Einstein, please stop "humiliating" me on your rather rediculous rebellion.

  • @sherwin3 coming from a person using DUDE in a sentence!!! Ok then.

  • @midfielderlegend *facepalm*...seriously, what's the point of this? Calling someone out just because they (or in this case, I) used a colloquial word. Gee. All right then. I'll let you have this win...Arguing is spastic.

  • @sherwin3 thank you. your reply didn't either, sorry...

  • @MrHonordeath

So when you extract blood with a syringe, its yellow? GTFO...

  • @rubenzy haha our Einstein missed it this time did you? oxygination happens immadately when the blood contacts the air... And also, explain why our bloodvains are blue... you'll get the answer

  • @MrHonordeath Because our blood is actually a bluey-purple colour - until the instant it hits the air, it oxidises and turns red.

  • @Shineymcshine79 That depends. Arterial blood is naturally red.
