Alburgh's bluff was called on the narrowbody issue. Airbus not only wiped the floor with Boeing in terms of sales of A320neo over the 737NG at the PAS, they've also gone into Boeing's home turf at AA and taken the lion's share (and options) with that too. Kinda embarrassing to see the American manufacturer trailing in the wake of the European at this point. Will SWA choose Airbus over Boeing to replace their ageing 737's too? Get your act together Boeing.

Well, its not that bad, you know Airbus does final assembly in France but they use American suppliers for many parts, so the fact that airbus does well should be a good thing. The A320 is a good modern airplane. The 737 is also a good airplane but is an aged design. I believe that Boeing should introduce a new design. They should also create something to compete with Embraer, they basically have a monopoly with the 190.
