I would categorize the drive behind his voice as standard "aggressive marketing", which is not bad in itself, in this case it's just google imho. It's just that some cumstomers are more sensibel than others and aggressive marketing is typical f.e. in the US. Sounds a whole lot diffrerent in other parts of the world.
