Thom Hartmann states often on his radio program, that the reason books from Morris, Coulter, Malkin, etc. are usually on the Top 10 best sellers list is because big business companies, CEOs & GOP funding special interest groups buy these books by the truckload.

They give them away as gifts at all their functions, or they end up unread piled up somewhere.  Morris & Coulter get on the Top 10 list & get tv coverage because of it. Subsequently,because of their "sales", they "speak for the majority"
