This piece of crap has given me so much headacke you wouldnt believe. I've bought this new PC only to watch and record PC. It has been one week and every two minutes the Media center crashes. I disable personal firewall and it works great for a while but I see later that the media center continue to crash (and meanwhilc I have missed my favorite program -- Dancing with the Stars, etc.). When I check, I find that the fucking personal firewall is back on again.
I've just chatted with Live Chat on Norton to a tech rep and they gave me this very useful link - symantec*com/nrt (which stands for Norton Removal Tool). This did the trick for me - got rid of Norton from my PC, using a Norton product. I personally wouldn't use someone elses software to remove Norton, as I assume Norton know best how to remove their own software. And to think they tech rep wanted to access my PC direct. NO THANKS! Only then he gave me the link!

Norton downloads virus's.I downloaded malewarebytes & quaranteened 2 major virus's.Norton had been running the whole time.Norton sucks!

lol norton is so hard to uninstall because of the norton Antivirus processes in taskmanager
they do it on purpose so that viruses cant disable them easily
