@ne0nsurf In Norse mythology, Bifröst or Bilröst is a burning rainbow bridge between Midgard, the world, and Asgard, the realm of the gods. The bridge is attested as Bilröst in the Poetic Edda; compiled in the 13th century from earlier traditional sources, and as Bifröst in the Prose Edda; written in the 13th century by Snorri Sturluson, and in the poetry of skalds. Both the Poetic Edda and the Prose Edda alternately refer to the bridge as Asbrú (Old Norse "Æsirs' bridge").
@ne0nsurf eh id argue, aye the nosemen did have grand parties in their own respective halls, but i think this is more of a celtic variation of the norsemen, the celts, norse, and the germanics were all inter twined to one another, thusly share their belif in odin, wodan, and woden, all the same god, thus for this we have wensday, but amon amarth aqtually bases their music on the final battle between assgaard, and the forces of hel, but some songs do strafe off on a viking, this is one of those,
great videos.

@BirkaViking i hope they have this movie hear in Iceland! it looked really good, is the movie Valhalla Warrior a danish film?
Valkyriesflight 1 year ago
@Valkyriesflight Valhalla Rising is Danish film and its not so good if you ask me, so I hope that Mel Gibsons viking movie will be much better.
But any way I hope you like this video and music :)

this music doesn't really fit vikings. vikings would be laughing, partying and fucking women and laughing as they do a blood eagle on someone.

@ne0nsurf If you dont like the music well its up to you :) But the text fits the vikings very well:)
And your view at vikings are very old and sterotyped, they dominated the battle fields in Europe over 200 years much becouse of their old faith.

Bra musik val!!!
Dock så var Valhalla rising inte så värst, men den hade vackra miljöer.

@kvicken2000 Stämmer bra det att den inte var något vidare, man får hoppas att Mel Gibsons film om vikingarna blir betydligt bättre :)
