In my opinion European Roma should be all sent to Sri Lanka. It is the best solution. Send them all to airplanes and send them to Colombo airport in Sri Lanka. There they could maintain their culture. And they wouldn't have problems with discrimination there.

Gypsies is an umbrella term that can be applied to drifters travelers and other transient populations. Roma can not be applied to those groups because they do not have that ancestory.
