  • What is this program??

  • @AdamRyanKirkwood Ableton Live

  • dont get why you would copy someones style when making music should be about creating your own in order to contrast from others

  • your awesome bro

  • The bass sounds like someone humming while gargling...

  • So you're not creating your own beats? just modding them?

  • @cghilligoss the theory works the same if you make your own 4/4 beat and want to make it 'dubby' I just used a sample in the video for convenience

  • What Program Is This ? And Is It Free ?

  • @RondoBlog Hahahaha it's Ableton, and it's about 350 for the full program, or 70 for the lite version. Download the demo at Ableton's website, you just can't save.

  • @RondoBlog i got a cracked version of it

  • Dude, you sound like the British version of Ray Romano!

  • you can get Ableton live 8 free at kickasstorrents ..comes with authorize and patch.. then start watching vids on how to get started. thats what i did

  • Is this anything like FL Studio?

  • @SkullRiderVideos A bit. If I were you I'd download a demo and try it for yourself. I used to use Fruity Loops but I found that Live has a much more open ended, inspiring workflow so it's all I really use now.

  • @SkullRiderVideos its a lot different. i just made the switch cause im getting an apc40 and ive had to totally re learn how to do everything

  • @bangthedj How did you manage to record automation data for the filter cutoff in the synth lead clip? I cannot do this in session view.

  • sounds like Ray Ramono

  • Programs Deff not free like $1000 Just Download The trial from teh site and torrent this crack Yes the Crack is updated to the one you will download off their site (ableton.com) [as of 11/11/11 :D]

  • this is not easy for a beginner =(

  • Skrillex, Deadmau5 and..... lol

  • @SuperRawkkit search for deadmau5 progressive chords tutorial on sylenth1, there's one pretty easy to understand

  • what kind of software do you use ? :)

  • 'bangthedj' hahahahaha where i come from that is quite sexual..

  • @myPAUSmusic it is where we come from too ;)

  • @bangthedj WHATS the name of the program ? can u make a video for dubstep begginers?

  • @ContentComa the main program I am using is Ableton Live, and the Synths I use are Sylenth1 by Lennar Digital, and Massive by Native Instruments

  • @bangthedj are these programs free ?

  • @ContentComa hell no like 600$

  • @xcosmicsanta hmm all try piratebayy!

  • @ContentComa If you want viruses up the shit then sure.

  • @bangthedj did you pay for massive? i dont understand how these big DJ's get started. this shit all cost so much fuckin money. please get back at me.

  • @SirAtheoi yes I did pay for it. Though I got it during a half price sale.

  • thats a nice drum loop. would you mind adding the wav in the description?

  • hey man i liked your video. what program is this?? im new to this whole thing and im very very interested in making this kind of music. any tips?? thanks a lot

  • @ultimatejocko hey. The main software is Ableton and the Synths I am using are Massive by Native Instruments, and Sylenth by Lennar digital. Both are great.

  • @ultimatejocko Ableton live

  • what are you using for the synth that comes up at the beginning and end of the song, like from 0:00-0:02

  • @MattHarrison92 I'm using Native Instrument's Massive, a great synth for that kind of sound.

  • @bangthedj ok, thanks, i really like that sound and would like to use it in a song, i have massive, so im going to try and get as close as i can to it! thanks!!

  • @MattHarrison92 actually sorry, wrong sound. The one you are talking about I made in Sylenth, but is easy in Massive also. Two Sawtooth oscillators, first one down an octave, the second one detuned by 5 whole notes (to create a 5th). Add a low pass filter and play with it for the swelling sound

  • @bangthedj haha, ok, i have sylenth as well, thank you for the help! greatly appreciated!!!

  • @MattHarrison92 in that case look at the preset LD Ampere ;) and experiment with the cut off amount...

  • @bangthedj alright, again, thanks a lot! really appreciate it!

  • @bangthedj hey really good tutorial :P can u do this on ableton live intro ???? thanks bro

  • How do you configure ableton so that you can click on the keys and hear the sounds? I've been trying to work that out for ages.

  • @Tasbo1982 when you see the keys, above them is a little circle with some headphones in it. Click that and it turns on 'preview' mode. Check @3:18 and you can see it there in blue

  • @bangthedj You are a legend. Thanks!
