She's so bitch!!! I work in a one hour (when the machine is not broken or when is not a period with 1000 customers in the same time coming to develop pictures)photo center and our machines sometimes brokes and the people dont understand when the machine is broken, its not the job for the employee, its the Kodak technician job!!! If the machine is broken, its BROKEN!!! Dont be like this bitch with the people working at the counter!!
