Still looking for you to fairly answer the numerous questions I bring up. Every death I have ever heard of is argueably "avoidable". By such scholastically sloppy and meaningless criteria anyone who has ever died was "murdered". Your description of "hundreds" of websites and "endless" books is overblown. I've looked. There are only a few and these represent only a small fraction of most of the books written on Indian history. As I say - I'll look into this further. If their rhetoric-based, grievance-addicted "scholarship" is anything like the websites you mention I won't have anything to worry about. By the way, I'm actually quite an admirer of Indian culture and Hindu spiritualism.
Any student of modern Asian history will know that there simply would not be an India (or Pakistan) without the British organization, education and financing of every major modern Indian institution (except of course religion) from the government, civil service, media, transportation, education, military, industry, trade, science and technology and every other thing combatting native squalor. There are only a few and these represent only a small fraction of most of the books written on Indian history. As I say - I'll look into this further. If their rhetoric-based, grievance-addicted "scholarship" is anything like the websites you mention I won't have anything to worry about. By the way, I'm actually quite an admirer of Indian culture and Hindu spiritualism.

We do know the general state of the sub-continent before Europeans arrived. It was a patchwork of warring (mostly Hindu) kingdoms which don't appear to have developed much since the time of Alexander the Great. The present population levels of India and Pakistan was only made possible because of the post-war "green revolution" in agriculture - a British and European development.

They spent years preparing for war, building tanks and warships, planes and weaponary etc. That got people employed and stimulated the economy. War is what pulled germany out of the depression.

The war sgtarted because Hitler and germany were aggresively taking control of Eastern Europe through stimulating upheavals in countries and then marching in to "reestablish order" and annexing other countries. The final straw was when the United Kingdom demanded Germany leave Poland after invading, but Germany did not so the two countries were consequently at war.

If you read history you´ll see that the attacks made in the beginning of his regime were based on luck not on military science therefore were very weak but effective nonetheless. I believe the attacks were based on military science. Germany did not have the resources to withstand a long, drawn out war so they invented blitzkrieg. This worked on Poland, France and Russia to an extent.
Yes, I know Hitler was a leader but being the Führer meant he had to make those decisons, otherwise what's the point of a Führer.
