If you have a PS2 and you have that game it gives you all the graphics mods for all the cars and when you get far enough. Iif you have the cheat for all the cars you wont have to worry about getting far enough.

I just think its a big step down from gta san andreas. 4 has good graphics, and is well detailed, but there are no planes, no hover crafts, no bmx's, no modifing cars, shit chothing, hardly any likable characters, the city is boring and all looks the same, sanandreas was like ten times bigger and more intresting, the controls are slow and usaly get u killed in a fight, the story line is pritty univemtfull compaired 2 the last game, there are countless glitches, i could go on..
