I'm really glad to pick up your pointers here and there. I'm more used to 4...Bd7 with the idea of 5...Bc6, losing tempo to get rid of the 'Bad Bishop' issue as early as possible. I'm glad to learn some things from 4...Nd7 line.
Actually I think at 1:06 computer's suggested ...h6 without opening ...b6 allowing x.Qe4 double attack makes sense. It prevents x.Bg5, and I think Black can follow up with ...Re8 and ...Bf8 to defend the Kingside pawns.
