when main guy first showed up at the barn and was looking around I saw some rolling shutter (although that could be to add a feeling of confusion and disorientation).
when the main guy was leaving the library the auto exposure kicked in.
all those things took me out of the experience but they're only minor problems which have easy fixes and this is just constructive criticism, not hate.
@hobocamptheater i love criticism its what makes me better. this was actually my very first film. i had never made anything before this. i learn more everyday. check out my latest film "reach"
Good job with the blend of reality and fantasy. It was hard to tell what was going on half the time, but in a good way. You couldn't tell if he was just hallucinating or what. Great work, keep it up.
Hey man, I liked it! Nice job! Keep up the good work. In your future movies, you should aim for different genres to spice things up a bit and develop your skills in different genres. Because you look like you already have that nightmare genre down pretty good. Try for action, or sci-fi in your next film That's my tip of the day! Thumbs up!
That was awesome man! You've managed to create a very thick atmoshpere and I really liked the actors and their acting.
The only thing I think you should add to it (I tell everyone this) is to add subtitles! It'll make it a lot easier for the audience to go along with the story. Sure, there wasn't that much said ... but still.
The story was very similar to Silent Hill, which is always a good thing. :) You've managed to make some really cool shots with appropriate camera angles.
amazing, simply amazing.
but there were problems:
I could see the camera in the guy's sunglasses.

Camera angles, shot composition and continuity are really good. I also thought the score was good. I have used similar tracks for some of our pieces.

Very atmospheric - both the camera shots and music - they perfectly complemented each other.
