  • Very cool ride, thank you for sharing!

  • Hmmm....... That engine at 0:24 reminds me of Stanley from the Mid-Sodor Railway. Wonder if they're the same engine type?

  • Do they do photo frieghts on the Cripple Creek & Victor? =)

  • no they don't, they just have the cars you see in the video.

  • loon mountain is 2 foot gauge

  • that engineer on mallet number one, sure made her sing good. at 4:27

  • I think he saw me recording because they don't usually do that. I glad he did.

  • so am i

  • Where is this and what is the guage?

  • It's in Cripple Creek Colorado, and it's 2 foot gauge

  • Great video. This is one of my favorite railroads. The engineer was nice enough to let me control the throttle and brakes for most of the way back.

  • cool!

  • Great video. Where did the fireman jump off and run to in the first scene?

  • He was actually there to throw the switch. The engineer handles the throttle, the fire, and is the narrator on the ride. The ride is about 30 minutes and he only shoveled coal 3 or 4 times.

  • nice isent the railroad there 2ft

  • ya it is
