really good movie but....they kill his unborn baby and kill his chances at ever having any more with his wife ....and he kills a sign and his truck at the same time ?? well i guess he really showed them
good movie i mean amazing but can someone explane the ending so in the end on the credits him and his wife are better and go driving into the sunset right just want to know
The reason all the trucks in this movie are COE ( Cab over engine) is because these were the most popular trucks on the road at the time the movie was filmed....So these trucks were readily available.....The Conventional tractor was more expensive, and most independant owner operators had these trucks....The Cabover is an american icon from the trucking industries past.
@trucker0317 Ther were total length laws back then and a cabover was the shortest truck with a bunk...Back then they wanted you short...Now they want you long because of bridge laws..
This film tells the exact history of the owners of the big corporations. They are always fucking with our lives and the world, manipulating people and deceiving us.
This is really a kick ass movie! I watched it back in the late seventies and it was a great joy to find it here on Youtube and see it again after all these years! Thank you for sharing!
I saw this movie with some friends in PHX,AZ in 1975 while ditching highschool. 19 years later, I became a trucker my damn self. My rig was a 1993,1997 Kenworth T-600 & later a T-2000. Beautiful looking rigs, truck appearances have improved a little.
I was 13 years old in 1975 and remember going to the movies to see this flick when it came out. I'm now 49 and still into the big rigs of the road. THE BLUE MULE RULES!!
From the first time ever saw this movie back in the early 80s, I always loved the scene at 32:07 when the rig goes around the curve and that cool truck sound effect! I still get goose bumps!!!!
Thanks so much for posting the full film on here. After seeing a couple of clips on You Tube, I tried buying this film, but I cant get it in the regain I need. I did enjoy the film and would like to own it.... Plus I love your comment....... Without truckers the WORLD STOPS!!!
