Why are people so sad when they come to this video and find out it's Oceana? In my opinion Oceana is fucking amazing. That deathcore band oceano, i'm afraid to say, is terrible. I've listened to them. Their cliche deathcore, with no emotion and no maturity, just mindless blast beats and "Chug, Chug" guitar riffs. Open your eyes people, OCEANA is the way.

Besides stretching you should take a look at your sticks, if they're too thin (couldn't judge from the vid :3) you get cramps very easily.

i personally stretch my hands and warm up with wrist weights before i start anything serious, so you might try that and see if that works

@finklips i pull my fingers backwards so it stretches forearm muscle and then useually i rotate my hands then play a couple songs with 5 pound wrist weights, after that i can play non-stop for upwards of 5 hours
