Yeah diagetus, Boo and Ice have been having Fun at this for years I remember seeing them almost ten years ago going at in Camden. I can tell they are the best of friends and have performed together several times across the country. I would Love to see Boo and Terry from Nyc, Chuck and Nasty "D" from North Jersey and Ice and Irving from Philly put on a complete show that would one for the ages, because all of them skate from the heart and not for show.
Thats the man Boo he always rocks and a great dancer too. This is the feeling to be in Central Park on the weekend with family of friends - joey kool pagan
Yeah , Twin City Rollers ..did it big in those days...Thank God for Branch Brook. I'm in Ga now and some true skaters are at Branch Brook I have family there. I had a pleasure of meeting B in this video at skate a thon in GA he was on point.
I'm trying to figure out If I was there that day skating. Are you a skater? If so, you may know who I am. The Son of the Late Great "Dr. Skatemore" Randy Higginson. If you were at Coney Island this past Saturday 9/15 with DJ Ray Vasquez then you saw me skating on the boardwalk. I had the black DopeBoy shirt and black sweat pants and navy blue cap to the back! I'm tall as hell!
His name is Boo and the man is nice on skates. Ive had the pleasure of watching and learning from him for almost 10 years and he pulls some of the hottest moves out of thin air. This is not even a small taste of his skillz.
Skaters circle is mid-April-end of October, 3-6:30 pm weekends & holidays, immediately followed by the deep house after-party at 7 pm, about 30 yards away along the same road. During the winter season November - March, the after-party starts at 3 pm, as long as the temperature's 55 degrees or above & it's sunny.
April-October there are also two drum circles nearby, 5 pm until 10 pm.
Enter Central park at east or west 72nd street, walk towards the middle of the park near the Bandshell.
It's so nice to see house dance on skates.Sure makes a change from disco, disco and disco(ZZZZ) Can anyone tell me what the house dance scene in NYC is like or reccommend any sites where I can download (free or to buy) house mixes like the music that's being played? Sure would like to get my fellow skaters in London, England rolling to some house.
I've been skating 17 years and I'm real good but this guy's a dream to watch. So much energy, vibrant and alive. You can almost feel his personality comin' at'cha through the screen.
He and his brother are regulars on Sundays at (1) the Skater's Circle in Central Park 3-6:30pm and then at the after-party with Nick Johnson, that follows immediately after, beginning at 6:45pm in the same vicinity.
