  • @01publicopinion either you have your neck placed wrong or your not using enough strength in your body. instead, try using ur but and thighs harder :)

  • @01publicopinion after you do these exercises for a while your neck will stop hurting but in the mean time concentrate on your breathing and lift yourself up from your chest.   • @luanamaria They will help you increase strength in your legs and give a slightly more muscular look. If you mean lose some fat on your legs you must eat fewer calories than you are using during the day.

    Step 1: Lean against ur wall

    Step 2: Bend your knees like your sitting on a chair

    Step 3: put ur hands up and stay in that position for 10 - 30 seconds (u choose)

    Step 4: Rest, and do that 10 times a day and in acouple of weeks u will be a skinny minny!!

  • Gaoning muscle is very difficult to do. I fail to understand why women still seem to think that lifting weights or working out will make them blow up over night. Educate yourself about the topic or you will keep getting the same lack of results you always have.

  • There are only two factors involved here, muscle and fat. Each of these can either grow smaller or grow larger. There is no such thing as toning. most people, women especially, have a lack of adequate muscle. This applies to even the skinny fat chicks (i.e. women who look thin but have a high level of bodyfat).
