  • you can mount magnets on both disks top and bottom, and add coils to the stationary boards.

  • That's what I think will be the best but I need to get educated on making and wiring the coils. I have some magnets that may do the trick but the coils will be the problem...

  • @kevlauenterprises I used microwave oven magnets and placed them on a saw blade, made a mold and used resin to fix the magnets in that. But I haven't done the coils yet either. One thing i think is important is a metal core. most alternators use a metal core and have the wires running through it. I saw some pics on the web where they cut slots in a metal ring and placed the coil in it that way.

  • I saw 1 like this on another video and he put vent on the outside of the unit all the way around. They were angled inward. This helped increase the amount of wind that could be reached and concentrated on the inner unit.
