@MustangRicoB ha this is my car a long time ago now its had a fully built modular stroker 5.1 full fuel system sick turbo system and a million other things its now 700 rear wheel horsepower but P I stangs for POWER IMPROVMENT CYLINDER HEADS 99 to 04 gt has them 96 to 98 gt has the garbage heads.. the p i heads on the 96 to 98 block will make more power then the 99 to 04 because the older block gives a lil more compression so with the p i head swap u gain about 60 hp to the wheels

a PI swapped 2 valve mustang GT motor with a 1998 Block and pistons is making around 300 rear wheel with the new headers, intake, ported/polished valves, and cams. coupled with 3:73's it will take a mean car to beat that. don't post crap saying "OH DIS CAR BE SLOW". this car is NOT slow. i drive the same year car this guy has, they are not slow.
a npi block with pi swap is def not slow but unless your upgrading a bunch of other crap and your just swapping the PI h/c/i its not making 300rwhp more like 280 crank hp
280 is about right. maybe a bit higher with a dyno tune with 93 octane. (you gotta run that octane anyway, either that or 91, whichever you have available)
pi swap really helps the flow, I just installed my pi heads a few weeks ago and i love it, of course i polished the exhaust ports to a mirror finish before i installed them and i port matched the intake. Might as well...
and by the way these cars suck with those stock heads 96 97 98... pi makes much more power much better breathing esp if done with a better intake... and then once you toss boost on the already high compresion motor to begin with .. then when things ger real fast and silly SPANK FEST 09 NIGGY
i aint talking trash i do what i do .. and the car was atuomatic in this video.. i changed manual tremec cobra trans with the 6 puck racing clutch... it really gets no traction now.. and instead of the dohc swap i have a t70 turbo set up that will eat doch motors depending how much boost there runnin

And i kept the "slowmatic" :) not doggin ya, you did a good job with what ya had! oh, on the traction issue- what gears are you running and have you replaced the upper/lower control arms yet? also, lose the quad shocks. waste of metal. also, if you were really lookin to bump the comp ratio (and lose weight) go pull a aviator short block. its aluminum w/ 3cc "flattop" pistons. it will put you in the 11.4:1 comp ratio w/ PI heads.
i wouldent call that no traction on street tires....my non-pi gt spins all the way through 2nd with 275/40/17, and your on stock wheels and tires. not trying to talk trash, just sayin. i love those gauges though, if i had the cash to spend on goodies that would be the first thing i'd get, im starting a dohc motor swap so no money.
