@1Fable you must have your layers messed up, make sure your on the right layer in which you want to use the tool

Hey I have a question. I tried to do this with the paint brush because the background is completely red. One it worked but the second time I tried it didn't work. And I noticed that the text is another layer but I remove it and it doesn't go away. Could you help me ? It would be nice if you could anwser before the 19 th. Thank you in advence if you do

it doesnt seem to be working for me and i am using photoshop cs3 using the stamp tool. i am using a black and white photo using the colors to get rid of the text so i can put in new text. i am using the brush to get rid of the text which is taking longer to do. need help?
