im a photographer and i can tell that picture was staged. This looks to be a typical pro 14mm lens on a 35mm "film plane" to capture the whole small room. Everyone's face is perfectly placed. The laptops are blank. noones looking at the officer's laptop. Incedentally Obama is wearing a tuxedo. The two extras in the back are looking at nothing at all... just posing.
