@PhenomnonKr3w Regular fishing licence is all that is needed. In utah you can ONLY shoot carp. Remember to find somewhere to put them so we dont get a bad rep by dumping.

Thank you for getting rid of those invassive fish to save the room for Catfish, bass, Spoonbill and the other great sport fish we love so much. Only a dead carp is a good carp. Not bad eating either! If we dont find a way to get the carp numbers down there will not be a fishing sport left. Left to DNR all they have shown is a desire to poison a entire water area and start new. Bowfishing sounds much better!
