I am from india and they used to put this on CN. I didn't understand a single thing then(when i was a child) but my mom says that whenever i see this images or something fluffy i would shout
i remember my disapointment at around 5 years old when i turned on the television set (by pulling out the knob) and turning the dial to the station that had this great program and seeing that it was cancelled....thank you for bringing back that horrible memory...well...back to therapy...c ya
i have now the oppotunity to see them again...i live in denmark and they are on early in the morning and i see them with my son(who is nearly 4) kinda funny to think i watched them in the 70's as a youngster...great

A good example of a liberal indoctrination programming tactic. Anything is possible if you pretend the real world physics and biology are irrelevant and that humans are evil for not behaving like a barbapapa. Where is Jonny Quest when you have a blob invasion to mop up?
memories wow. I used get excited when I knew the Barba papa family was coming on. It still makes me smile. Great morals those toons have and we could still learn from them and our kids. Keep the toons coming.
I understand your point. But the first time I saw it, it was in Dutch, so I only knew that version. It sounds a little weird in English to me and I don't like it.
These cartoons r uh-mazin!:)

I never knew there was a show. I only knew of the books and I still have the books to this day, and I'm twenty-one. I will keep them forever.

Sometimes I wish All crazed environmental-cases were large blobs.

I am trying to explain to my 5 year old that this was my spongebob. Great stuff. No wonder there are so many environmentalists today.

One of the few in English. Thank you very much. Unfortunately the sound quality is very poor compared with the ones in German, Dutch or French.

When you see it again, you can't help thinking just how many people were taking acid at the time.

We used to see barba papa videos a lot during our child hood. Now its after 20 years that I am watching this cartoons.
They are legend animations, and have a great impact on the history of animation cartoons.
