You may have a point simply because CAP isn't as well known, but I think we can give them a break. (I'm only a former member of CAP, and wasn't a part of this video, let alone the squadron. I'm an active duty service member now and simply posted the video)

That is not authorised per CAP regulations, it is not in the regs, so if it doesent say that it is allowed then it isent, now the diamend is ok.
