If we follow the biblical scriptures in Mark 1:9-11 At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. As Jesus was coming up out of the water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: "You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased."

Don't catch me wrong; baptism doesn't get us to heaven. Nothing does except for the Son sent by God. But yeah, in Baptism you are supposed to be submerged under the water. I'm not sure if it would be "disqualified", I'd have to look into it more.
Change comes from the inside out. Volunteer, build relationships or at the very least sign your letters, and make your information valuable to leadership...otherwise your info is nothing like encouragement, more like being hit by a sniper, or tripping on a stumbling block. Those who don't sign helpful "shots" at an organization might as well spray paint their wisdom on CTA bathroom walls.
Here in Portage, the paper made an effort to field public opinion called "The Quickly" and that might be the better outlet for unsigned helpful thoughts. I'm open for lunch Tuesday.
Your original submission questioned Real Life and it's leadership as to the validity of the non immersed folks' baptized in our video, correct? If so, I'm saying rethink what you're doing...it's possible those who have recently chosen to follow Jesus in that video may need their leadership to be questioned by an anonymous blogger...or maybe not. I'm still available for lunch

Um, Biblical Baptism... u can't sprinkle people, they have to be submerged like MOST of these people have been.
Baptism comes from the Greek word baptizo which means to be submergd.
