The athletics involved in the WWE isnt fake, the storyline, drama, and outcome of the events are predetermined. Saying that though the actual getting into the ring and tossing guys around multiple nights a week speaks so much about how the athletes in the WWE. I can respect the professional wrestlers for how hard they have to go to be in that business but ive never got into the drama and the constant talking involved with the WWE.

Ali did the same thing in boxing and I think he even mentioned once he was inspired by pro wrestlers. Sometimes Chael Sonnen goes into the realm of being really goofy but hes having fun. If he can have fun, fight and promote himself then he should because he's VERY good at it. Not alot of fighters do this because not alot of fighters have the charisma to do so, Chael is very lucky to have a crazy outlandish personality which is why this suites him so well

Look at how many people hate Chael now...I'm sure the Chael vs Anderson fight is gonna bring a lot of viewers in simply because it's been hyped. Just like Brock Lesnar. Granted he was a mediocre fighter...but because of his WWE background and the fact that he could hype the fight they got so many more viewers. It is extremely entertaining especially when I watch it with my nephew. That being said it is not real, it is all scripted and fake but that's ok. Well seeing how their 80% the exact same company yeah it does, This proved it yet again tonight, I'm a HUGE Sonnen fan but the fight was fixed to make Sonnen win. And the reason is because UFC would make more money with Sonnen fighting Silva then they would if Bisping was fighting. I can't believe that people haven't realised this yet. Last time this happened was when Shilds fought GSP, they screwed over Kampmann so that Shields could fight and therefore make more money.

UFC isn't the respectful sport I enjoyed in the 90's as a kid. If you ask me, the UFC as a whole has adapted the 'entertainment' aspect from Professional Wrestling and I strongly dislike it. One of the reasons I don't watch the UFC anymore. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of Professional Wrestling but UFC shouldn't be what it is currently.

I think wwe try's to create what real fighting has an its animosity. I don't feel it should be looked at from the other way around. Though ufc does kind of make their intro videos before the fights kind of wwe'ish sometimes you know, but... I'm not against alittle bit of hype an excitement tho. Look, I'm Brazilian and I really dont mind Chael's approach when he is doing his WWE performance in stage.. I actually am a Sonnen Supporter.

He uses the thrash talk to get more viewers and supporters.. and I think that is a genious way to increase the sports popularity.
