I think this version is so brilliant. It strips the song of its original image given off through all the background music, and just leaves a real message behind through the way she sings it with emotion and simplicity.

Yeah, at 1:36 she almost says "I feel numb most of the time". Gosh, that happens to me a lot with many things, it's not so much as confusing or forgetting, is just that the brain related "I feel like I'm the worst, so I always act like I'm the best" with "I feel numb most of the times"

There is nothing wrong with Pop music. Only the way it has been represented by monostylistic, unoriginal, surface-deep artists in the day and age we live in.

Marina is on the right track of how you SHOULD create music, and although many would claim she is like any other pop singer, she is far past any of them in originality and songwriting, and even in her incredible voice that has immense range.
