  • I've been researching Wicca and Paganism, and this song fits so well. Blessed be! )o(

  • ***>>>*<<<***PEACE TO ALL...Paganism is honouring Nature, it is one of many ways ...blessings*** All Ways xxx

  • Listening to this outside with a fire I made, first samhain as a wiccan )o(

  • Let Caileach guide us through the winter :)

  • Blessed Samhain to all my fellow pagans!

  • Blessed BE!

  • Tomorrow )o(

  • Nearly time for Samhain! Probably my favourite sabbat, I only wish many more paused to respect their dead more often.

  • Very happy to see people of a variety of faiths enjoying this music. Yes, I am a Pagan woman, but many of my friends and family are Christian, Jewish and even Muslim. I have always felt music to be a wonderfully unifying force, and I am happy to find this song to be no exception. :)

  • as a pagan i understand the importance of samhein, as a christian or jew the commandment says honour your father and mother. we as pagans take this as true honouring our dead. lovely song

  • Usualy you see a lot of debate and put downs on these sensitive topics. but this music seems to transgress the feelings of petty differences and join both sides. christian... pagan, it doesn't matter. they both call for care and compassion of your fellow man, your brothers and sisters. i feel like im discovering the truth of the pagan way of life and the christian way of life for myself and feeling the loving positive affect it has had thus far.

    christian Druids... who'd of thought?

    amazing.

  • Damh is the perfect example of a true Bard, Awen-blessed and Awen-blessing. May all learn to use their inspiration so well.

  • Definately in love with your music!!!

  • Brightest Blessing as we light a candle in celebration of the God and our loves ones passing away. the Goddess mourns and we cast out the evil spirits

  • Bloody amazing.

  • Samhain's coming up soon! I'm so excited and this song only makes me more excited!(:

  • wow! i love this song. it really captures the spirit of the season don't you think? I've been studying paganism for a while now too! :)

  • I am not a pagan, and I will never be one. Christ is my God. But I do not think that you have to be one to appreciate the beauty of this song. Music is for everybody... regardless of creed.

  • @Migueria i am very glad of your open-mindedness, and am happy that you enjoy this song. Blessed be, God bless you , or however you may say it. May you be watched over, regardless.

  • @Migueria That is a christian I can accept :) Thanks!

  • @Migueria you are right music transcends race, color, creed, or any other man made barrier. Blessings to you for your openness may your god bless you.

  • @Migueria Thank you for your understanding my friend. There are far too many closed minded people on the internet. Blessed be

  • @Migueria I'm a Christian Druid, so I completely agree. Always nice to find another Christian who likes beautiful Pagan songs.

  • @Migueria :DDD Finally, someone who gets it :DDD May you keep faith in the darkest of the night, may the chains of old break as the sun rises, and may you forever have peace :) God bless you, and God and Goddess bless you :) Be blessed :) /|\ )O(

  • @Migueria Exactly! I can appreciate their love of beauty and the good green earth created, just as I admire God's handiwork. But i also have a rooted appreciation for the attitude towards nature and this music as it is reflective of the old ways of my ancestors.

  • @Migueria You my friend, have the right idea! Music is a language we all understand

  • @Migueria I love people like you.

  • @Migueria

I only wish everyone on the planet had the same mind as you did. Dedicated to their God yet open-minded. The world thinks that Christianity is Monotheistic but in reality it is a Henotheism religion. (( Henotheism: Basically saying "I believe that all gods, that includes things that controls our lives like technology, yet I only worship my God )) I wish everyone could be Henotheistic.

  • Such a sweet sound. It puts me into a peaceful mood.

  • i dig this song

  • Ah, Beltane quickly approaches, and yet, I'm thinking about Samhain for some crazy reason. 8') Well, it's my favorite holiday, but I think it's still a bit early to get into the spirit. Well, this is such an amazing song! It's quite pretty.

  • Wow- totally awesome tune and arrangement.

    BRAVO

  • i'm just moving my first steps into paganism, am truly excited :)

  • Isn't Samhain an evil demon?

  • Or rather, a "not-very-nice-guy?" If this offends anyone, sorry, I'm no expert, I'm just curious.

  • @sorrowsingsoftly Samhain is actually a Pagan holiday, which signals the time when the veil between worlds is the thinnest of any other time during the year. Some consider it to be evil, but that steems from slander and disillusionment from Christianity. They also too most of the ideas and created a holiday to help the conversion of Pagans call All Hallows Eve or, as more easily known today as Halloween.

May you live as long as you want

And not want as long as you live

    Dagwood the Green )0(

  • K, thanks, I was just curious.

  • @sorrowsingsoftly No it's a Celtic holiday.

  • I really love this one.

  • I've been studying about Paganism for a few months, and it's really grown on me. In fact, it gave me that extra push to forget my Christian faith, and I'm glad. :] Quite a few of these songs are an inspiration. And I'm well on my way to becoming a Pagan...

  • I wish you the best of luck!

  • @MelindaP22 That's wonderful to hear! I would also suggest Omnia, Faun, Woodland, and some of Loreena McKennitt's music.

  • @MelindaP22 good luck on your path and happy samhain blessed be

  • @MelindaP22 i feel the same way, im am also thinking of following Paganism, but its difficult with my family and friends as they would probably disown me :(

  • @rockfan441 You might find, as I did, that you don't have to let go of the Christian faith to be a Druid or similar and you may also find your family more accepting than you expect (my preacher sister gave me a lift to my initiation and is happy for me to have my altar in our living room). If I can ever be of help, get in touch. I've been a Christian Druid since 1999 and Christian or Pagan, Druid, Witch, Shaman or other, if I can help, I will.

  • I absolutely love this song!!!

  • Blessed samhain.)0( Thank you for sharing.x

  • I agree with sorcress18. A purely instrumental version would be AWESOME.

  • Why do many of the female Pagan singers have similar voices? I think they are pretty but how do they have a similar voice?? (( Neat, is it not? ))

)0( I LOVE this song. Do you have it without the lyrics?

  • um this is a guy

  • this is my favorite song you have, thank you for this! =)

  • Beautiful song!

    Blessings )0(
