PCs give you error messages so that the users (Smart people) can fix their problems. Macs just freeze or crash, and give you little or no information on the actual problem.

When you get errors on a PC, even if you can't use the info to fix it yourself, at least you can tell someone who can what's wrong.

I almost never have any errors on my Mac, whereas the only solution I've come up with to avoid errors on my Windows 7 machine is to leave the ethernet cable unplugged. Thats not right. Mac os x is designed or has tailored drivers for that specific hardware. That is why you will have trouble running it on another PC with other hardware f.ex; AMD-platform.
