  • They have found there Theatre its The Theatre Royal Dury Lane where Oliver is currently playing & Ammanda Holden has been confirmed as Princess Fiano & Nigel Lindsay will play Shrek. with Nigel Harman as Lord Farqaard &.Richard Blackwood will play Donkey.

  • @powerstar09 I know haha :)

  • John's note at the end is just amazing he is so talented. the whole cast is amazing! i really wish i could afford to see this show. i mean i live like an hour away from the theater but can't afford it *sighs* stupid recession :(

  • welcome to my world i luv these shows but i live in a small part of england hr's away from new york or london and there 2 expensive >:-(

  • i got free tickets (2) for shrek the musical through live out loud... it's an lgbt organization.

the only thing you need to do in return is to write a review after the seeing the show...

the tickets cost 180 something dollars including the tax lmao

  • some people believe that, but there are things in the musical a little person just wouldn't be able to do. i'm not saying they aren't self sufficient, but when he picks up one of those doll looking people, she is in fact taller than his character. with a certain height comes limitations. so it makes more sense for him to be on his knees.

  • Geez, if you're going to insult Christopher Sieber, spell everything right. Idiot.

  • Excuse me for not spelling the name right. Dumbass.

  • I saw Daniel Breaker as Obama in Prop 8 the musical, he was hilarious.

  • omg john is so AMAZING how he can always change his voice

  • Why did'nt they include the goodbye song in the cd?

  • Hooray for Shrek the Musical! (And for John Tartaglia XD)

I had so much fun watching this!

When I was listning to part of the 10 Days of Tonys on the XM radio, Christopher Sieber said that he had trouble singing the songs standing up in the studio because his singing muscles were usued to him being on his knees XD He said that he almost asked them if he could do it on his knees. : D

  • does somone now if shrek the broadway musical coming to london

  • Im gonna be on you like a fat kid on cake (munch munch) LMFAO! XD

  • I really fell in love with this show when I got the CD. Especially for the fact that there are several hilarious songs and there are a couple touching, emotional songs.

  • doughnuts and diabetes to funny!

  • John Tartaglia's note at 4:54 is amazing!

  • note on 4:54 epic!!!

  • If you havent seen this play already, I suggest you stop wasting away your life and go see it. It was AMAZING!!! It was probably the best damn thing I've ever seen. The singing, dancing, everything! You HAVE to see it.

  • What about those of us who don't live in NY and can't afford to go see it?

  • i no i really wont to go c john in it but i live in england in leeds :-(

  • oh cool so u seen avenue q?

  • Oh, only like 24 times:P

  • oh man u r so lucky i wanna c avenue q and shrek but i cant :-( so which stars u seen have u seen

    john tartaglia

    simon lipkin and so on?

  • I haven't seen Shrek, but hopefully will when it comes to London. And haven't seen Johnny T as he's only been on Broadway to my knowledge.

I didn't seen any of the original Ave Q lot, which is a shame because I've got a recording of the show with Simon and he was amazing. The notable people I've seen in Avenue Q are Daniel Boys, Jon Robyns once, and Julie Atherton, who were all obviously fantastic:D

  • Oh, I thought you meant in person.

I love Johnny and the Sprites, I wish it had been on when I was a kid. Have you seen the episode, Seymour the Sleuth?

  • yh i love it seymour the sleuuuuuth

"gaurdin your garden seymour the sleuth yeah"

  • It's a really good song, isn't it? Apparently they get Broadway composers to write all the music for JATS.

  • oh that really cool i'd really love 2 c them act out "story of my life" but no-ones filmed it live :-(

  • its cancelled now isn't it :(

  • Johnny and the Sprites? Yeah, has been for a couple of years.

  • Johnny is the shiz. One of my most favorite falsettos in the world and incredible person.

  • my mom thinks im crazy for liking this musical

  • I love the song "Who I'd Be" it's so touching

  • @Nessarose825 OMG I've been waiting for someone other than me to say that!!!

  • This musical is asome

  • "oh god isn't this a psychotic show?"

    hahahahaha

  • i cant wait to see this

  • i love the music from 2:01 to 2:13!

  • As amazing as they are in the videos and on the CD, it's NOTHING like what they're like in real life! From the first note of the overture to the final chord in the Freak Flag reprise during the company bows, I was pretty much frozen in my seat, afraid of ruining the spell by blinking or breathing! It was like an EXPLOSION of energy, comedy, and just pure amazingness!

  • That note John hits at the end of "Freak Flag" is amazing.

  • He is the only guy I know who can belt anywhere from a low G to a high E and have a perfect, beautiful tone! I think his voice forgot to break when he was growing up!

  • And yet, he knows exactly how to control it. I idolize him. His voice range is just like his career range, from Sesame Street, to Avenue Q. =P

  • Like Uncle Ben said, "With great power comes great responsibility." And Johnny could TOTALLY kick Spiderman's ass!

  • Jeanine Tesori is such a wonderful composer!

  • two days til the OST comes out! Woo hoo!

  • AMAZING!

    eeep Johnny's SO CUTE!

  • Why is this cast so amazing??? I can't wait to get the CD. They're all so talented!! I wish I could go to the CD signing... Oh well.

  • I went to the show a week ago and I already have the cd!!!

  • And it's completely amazing, right? :D Mine should come in the mail soon.

  • What was the song at the end?

  • It was the very end of Freak Flag.

  • :D!

  • awesome!!

  • i can't wait to get this CD!!

  • 1st coment! and viewer!
