Filipino is a good sim and Elvis apparently didn't know the matchup, but Vega actually wins that one. Jumping fierce beats a lot of anti air normals, ultra 1 and EX FBA punish teleports, ultra 1 stops fullscreen fireballs, ultra1 and EX FBA punish jump back fierce. Don't block the jump back fierce high, instead just eat it low and punish with EX barcelona. It's a really bad trade for dhalsim.
