@kwgrid I don't agree... but let's clarify that, sure, it's a little odd to hear an un-broken voice in that kind of context, but he does well not to sound terribly high pitched. In any case, this video was almost 2 years ago, and his singing has improved massively already... it was right for him to practice, otherwise when his voice does change, he won't have the experience to use it.

I look forward to the day when we all get over the novelty of these young kids learning some licks soo early and just let them grow into the music and into their own style. I prefer to wait until he's 20. Hope we both are around then, cuz he has good instincts, however ill defined they are at his age. Stay with it, T. And be your own man some day.

Wasn't his pushy parents. The Wisconsin Blues Society people took him along when they sent the winners of the Wisc. Blues Challenge (Sue DeBaco and the Wise Fools) to Memphis for the International Challenge. He can't play clubs at night up here because of his age so he does a lot of fests and such. Just happy to see young folks into the blues!!
