WHY would M.Cary leave-out Macedonia from the general description of Greece ?

My other Grandfather was fighting all over today´s Republic of Macedonia and Greece.He was over 40 on the begining, we fought as "village fighter" against fake vulgaroi komiti and very bad christians - andarts, defending its own house, familiy members, lifes in the ww1, while his brother was kidnaped and "regruted" by the vulgars.
short period he probably fougth under snof flag, around 1944-1945, not sure. also vs ohrana. lost many members of his family in ww2 and later, few own children

Greece had Fascist Regime, under General Metaxas. My ancestors from both sides have big roots from Lerin and few other places in Makedonia. One my grandfather was fighting in Ohrid-Prespa region, against germans, bulgarians, italians, albanians. He was what you call "Yugoslavian Partisan". He fought from the begining, very respected man, not of those who "started to fight" (for functions) in 1945. He was ~40 on the begining of the ww2, he also remembered good the ww1.he lost few relatives

At 4:02 you can see a map of of an area of northern Greece. It says with red letters ΕΛΛΑΣ(Greece).
The map shows the region of Macedonia with black letters (the cities are also with black letters)
It also shows Greek cities with Greek names
Monastiraki doesn't seem as a slavic name.
Its a Greek name--(direct translation)-- Small monastery.Only the country (Greece) is written in red letters so it can stand out from the regions and citites.
