  • when you turn, bring the plane level always or you'll keep crashing. i know, because i did that too many times. keep it up you're going to get good.

  • 0:58 maybe the pilot of the plane ejected...

  • tht is the way to act, happy and dont get discouraged. i was so happy when i would get one circle in on my first plane

  • 3rd times the charm

  • u should get a simulator its like $200 and prepared me for my spad nitro. im already doing lots of tricks and im 13

  • @SlipknotGuitar1 Even a $20 sim works.

  • way to windy

  • you might want to use a bigger prop for that plain

  • you should try to fly with it shooting fire out from the back

  • ya.. in your opinion...

  • Moron! Do not torture a model! Learn to fly in the simulator

  • Hey, thanks for sharing this vid. You didn't do that bad, really. I've been flying these mini's stock and modified for a good while now, and they are a handful in any case. Couple of things: Your radio is the very short range one. You will want to change that real fast, it was the cause of about every crash I ever had with my mini. Get a HK 6ch or 4ch for much better control. ALso use clear tape around the front end to keep it strong, and it won't crack off the front end on impact! Keep it up!

  • Simulators suck. THIS is a much more fun way to teach yourself to fly - though such a fast aileron plane makes it more challenging than other choices.

For EPP, you can repair it lighter and more easily with a contact cement like Goop, E6000, or Fabri-Tac (all available at Wal-Mat or other common stores). Spread a little on both surfaces, and press them together a few times to speed it up, and you're back in the air in minutes without needing electricity

  • It's a good thing you didn't get a helicopter

  • Get a real flight g5 simulator they realy help you get better at flying whithout paying for the crash's ;)

  • need a bigger plane

  • SOME PEOPLE ITS NOT FOR PLANES

  • Im with timmy, put ur cam on it! also ur camra person is great.

  • Im with timmy, put ur cam on it!

  • The Parkzone Radian, (My Favorite Choice) NSP EZ-400, EZ-Star, SkyFly2, J3 Cub, Apprentice 15e, Nexstar Mini, Cessna 182, are some of the very best beginners planes.

Any of them would be better then what your working with right now...

  • I have been flying RC aiplanes for 30 years - since way back when an RC kit was a box of balsa wood with parts traced out on the wood in ink, and they all had to be hand cut out and glued together. There where no EPO foam kits - No RTF, or ARF kits. I just want to give you some tips to help you have a better experience as a beginner:

    1. The LP5DSM Transmitter is Low Power, thats what LP means, it is designed for Indoor - or low distance use only.

  • @sbs9026 or instead of all of that... buy a clearview simulator (i have it and ITS GREAT) get all the parts necessary to build a delta (motor 1400kv w/ 7-4 or 8-4 prop for 3cell)

  • 2. You should never start with a a small wing with low lift area airplane. Three channel Max as a beginner. A high wing / large wing with a ton of dihedral. Wing Dihedral causes the airplane so self correct itself to neutral level flight when you let go of the sticks. Yes the swift has some Dihedral in its wings - but the plane is too small and unstable, and greatly effected my the smallest amount of wind.

  • 3. Get a radio like the DX6i - so you can customize the control surface throw rates and exponential %. Throw rate is the total amount of movement of the elevator or rudder. Expo is how fast or quickly the elevator moves compared to how much you move the radio stick. Slows down the control surface so that quick-hard stick movements by a beginner don't cause the plane to go out of control as easily - giving you more time to recover

  • A good tip is to use a little bit of up elevator when turning, so you dont loose altitude when turning, you seem to be over steering\correcting, it's better to use small movements to steer your plane... although, you should have started with a high-wing type plane as they are easier to fly for beginners because they are more stable.

  • not the kind of plane to start with

  • @shoopwhoopX I know, but it's the only one from hobbyking that has replaceable parts, and after about a week I got the hang of it.

  • Comment removed

  • @shoopwhoopX what the plane i should start with and can you tell me what to buy

  • @SpyKid313 ill message you

  • get a simulator

  • cool vid!!! :) Thumb up!

  • Do a barrel roll.

  • in my next video I will, and I might also try a half loop/half barrel roll.

  • @forresttrenaman you should add a mini-camera to the plane when your good

  • @forresttrenaman an immelman

  • You sound like the guy from big bang theory.

  • I have a tip for learning how to fly modle planes. Make a figure 8 Shape with the plane so that ur standing here. ill show u with a little modle: < = you 8= planes flight path. 8< that way the plane is never facing you so u dont have to reverse sterring controls. hope this helps!

  • how about you cut your hair and shave your beaner stash.

  • I know how it feels when it's your first time flying a plane, unlike a car, boat or helicopter you can't gradually ease yourself in with simple stuff, you just have to go for it, fling it into the air and hope for the best! And you certainly went in the deep end with that lightweight 4 channel, I started on a 2 ch.

  • when it aims towards the ground let off the throttle and regain control by pulling up and making necessary adjustments hopefully you end up doing better than me because i crashed a 500 dollar nitro plane

  • that sucks, that's why I got this plane. Because replacement fuselages are only $10 a piece shipped.

  • for the first time you did well my friend.Nice video

  • I wish I had that weather.

  • @Kavalec199 he lives in canada

  • subbed for things involving fire... this is good too.

  • aaaaannnddd.... crash landing

  • the best purchase you could ever make for rc flying is real flight g5. trust me if you get good on that you will be able to fly very well i went straight from a gas trainer to highly aerobatic airplanes and doing aerobatic manuvers like hovering...you will not regret it

  • I will check it out.

  • @Lancair73s true

  • have u ever tried rc boats if not i think u shud get one i would really enjoy seeing what u do with it in the litte creek infront of ur house

  • FLY HIGH its the best thing for RC pilots especialy for beginers casue there is some room for error

  • you should put some foam on the mic so it doesn't make that sound when the wind blows by it doesn't make that sound

  • Practice with a flight simulator.

  • so how much was this plane

  • nice plane. but will it blend

  • no school today? lucky bastard we had it

  • OMG U suck a tflying it......(no offense).... good luck with the learning!!!!

  • This is why you spend 150 on an "indistructable" and not 2000 on a top of the line RC plane to go and crash it on the first time out!

  • @shaunk132 exactly if any thing he should start flying the cheap stuff and gradually advance to more 'top of the line' planes

  • lol dude waste of u r money its half broke i really lmaoed :D

  • that last flight was sweeeeeeeeet

  • im 100% sure that he got this from hes mom for his christmas present lol

  • all the crashes seem to be from the electronics not a pilot error

you have to move the receiver away from the other electronics so that the plane does jam

  • now i need an rc plane!

  • another awsome vid mate :D

  • try slowing down after take off, launching underhand, and mabie investing in a simulator

  • put your mini camera on it

  • @timmystudios it would be super unbalanced

  • yes, I have found that it is nose heavy, so i am going to get some lighter batteries and add a bit of weight to the tale.

  • cool ure better than me

  • wow i am so surprised you didn't get it stuck in a tree. I seem to subconsciously aim for them. . .

  • That was pretty good, It seemed like the only times it crashed was when you did a straight corner turns XD.

  • fucking wind

  • haha don't listen to the HATER/"PROS" here.. You did good for your first flight!! keep the vids coming man! LOVE EM!!! =D

  • it was probably too windy that day. you should really get a flight simulator on your computer and practice each day

  • You throw like a women.

  • @4lex0akes so does your mom

  • @4lex0akes so true lol.. he's such a fagg

  • @Mrash1994 dont troll if. trolls are fags

  • @4lex0akes

    you type like caveman

  • @4lex0akes u probably throw like a 3 year old so shut the fuck up bitch

  • @apllepie123 Lol, someone's on.

  • is that a chick holding the camera.

  • nice landing, thats a real beginner landing :)

  • It's sunny? wtf...

  • Try and let go of the throttle before you crash land it

  • Never buy a 4 channel plane without training, that was really a waste of money, you should practice on a simulator such as realflite first.

  • how far does that thing go?

  • @kakahieu12 so?...does that make my statement false?

  • NEW MOTOR

  • Comment removed

  • yeah dont fly in the wind.

  • so u r playin rc ?? same hpi e10 here drifting

  • dude, you need to practice on a simulator. you can get them on ebay or towerhobbies for abut $30. its how I learned.

  • do u still use ur duct tspe wallet?? please reply

  • seems windy

  • wow u suck...

  • hey dude i think you should get an rc flight simulator i mean i got mine for half the priced of you swift(and upgrades) and its REALLY realistic (not to spam) but if you want more info plz just reply thnks :)

  • lol u cant have that small of a plane when its that windy out

  • do u have any freinds?

  • so... is it worth buying it?

  • the same results when i tired flying!!!!

  • Too much earrape from the wind

  • u throw like a girl...

  • @BadASSgam3R you havent even thrown a hobby grade plane

  • haha hillarious

  • 2nd!

  • im the first one to see this

  • @BboyV123 Well good for you.

  • @BboyV123

    cool story bro.

  • @owlexvigilante well its true
