I´ve been having troubles with my horse teaching him to lunge. He gets really nervous and irritated with a whip. And with the lead rope, he walks a few steps and then he just face me.

But with the "flag" I think he will catch the idea.

i like this video. It gets the horse respecting the lead. I think i like this better than a round pen. Because when in a round pen without a lead line they tend to turn with their back side toward you and that means disrespect.
