@MrPJC101 Jackie Chan's way too old to be playing Hiro, although Gary Sinise could do a good Ninestein or even Karl Urbane. Both are of respectable enough ages to play a 'Doctor'.
If you really must have someone famous as Hiro, why not go for John Cho?

@edaw1982 After taking your suggestion into account, i decided to have a re-think about the cast of a Terrahawks movie, and here's what i came up with......
@lgcotovio Probably just one of the better DVD transfers amongst the complete collection. It just looks sharper and clearer because it's at a 320 x 240-ish resolution.

Good Job. What was the source for the video? At 480p setting it has the clearest image i've seen of these, even on DVD.
