They did it to Hamaas, Algeria, IRAN, Syria, Iraq, etc

Thx for vid politichick. Australia has a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay by the name of David Hicks. (mercinary)As a POW (which as a mercinary is what he should be classified as) he's now been there for four years with few rights, little communication with the outside world and prison conditions beyond belief, Subjected to torture, sleep deprivation etc etc AND he still hasn't been given a trial date. Justice goes out the window when it doesnt suit the powers that be,
What about the Second Amendment that has been under constant attack from the left. On another note, My father used to work for the FBI. Interestingly enough, he served as an interogator in GITMO for two monthes. I can tell you about that later if you want. By the way, the prisoners at Gitmo are not POW'S they are enemy combatents meaning that they are not entitled to some of the same rights as POWS. BTW sorry you didn't get a chance to speak.
