I live in pittsburgh and I absolutely LOVE it! i don't think I ever realized how awesome it is for other people to see. I've just grown up with the buildings and all the attractions but now that I think about it, I definitely appreciate living here :)

@theNEONcity : Thank you for your comments. It's strange that sometimes we don't realize the beauty that's right underneath our noses. I really liked Pittsburgh, it's got a one of North America's great skylines.

One of my favourite comedians is Dennis Miller. He frequently talks in glowing colours about growing up in Pittsburgh. I've been to much of your great country but never to your city.  That must change!

Nice, but you didn't mention the USX (United States Steel) HQ building, downtown's tallest, just to the left of and behind the Mellon Building, at the right end of the skyline. Any surprise that Places Rated has ranked the 'Burgh "best place to live in the US" twice in the last 10 years? And it's not just for the scenery. Pgh has the friendliest people in America. Come see!
