The first Pixel Shader test looks strange. For me, it's a gentle tilting pan over moonlit water. It doesn't swerve like that.

What's your excuse for garnering the same as this machine?

I don't need an excuse. For I benchmarked this inside an Windows Guest Machine that runs on a Gentoo Linux Host. My Machine has 4 Cores, that's true, but neither does this benchmark use all cores as it is a graphics card limited benchmark, nor does Virtual Box use all cores.

Nothing was tuned and last but not least, I was recording this Video while running the benchmark what also needed some performance.

Did you run that Benchmark inside an vm?
