I have my job seekers agreement and yes it says it is an agreement but nothing about it not being a contract! And surely if I sign it, which i have it becomes a legally binding contract? I'm not niggling psych I'm being constructive? Well hope I am. Peace man

@psychodrilla Your right man, I made this point this morning about the new terms of agreement and contracts to do with attending a prospects course and how it affects benefits. (But then again the advisor I saw, is one of the best and most honest in my local job centre, it may change with someone else in a foul mood and a lack of understanding)!

i was thrown out of a council building for "shouting" asking the wrong question ......and they tryed to use this kind of letter to discredit me......they even called the police ...lucky for me i recorded the whole thing and a week later a check for a grand dropped through my door......the dont even know how there own system works
