So sad to see that the "bear movement" has somehow morphed into "girth and mirth." xxl-london? what's with BULK defining a bear these days? the "funfur.tv" moniker? all hype, no substance. I can think of many more appropriate examples in the animal kingdom to describe what many of these men appear to be ... bear is NOT one of them.

That said, it's always nice to see masculine men in a masculine sport.

When bear-size guy's head falls down from 6ft high and hits rink board, it's not gonna be very nice.

When people are first time ice skating (or rollerskating) or haven't done it in loooong time, they should always wear helmet for their own good. Plus there's really neat-looking sport helmets these days, they all don't look like children biking headpieces anymore...
