They moved the link all the way to the right hand side, you simply click on the link (which is the name of the file) and it should start downloading. You can also use FTP and download the file, it is in the directory > administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup

I don't see the download option under "Administer Backup Files." Did they remove it in the newer version? So how do you download the archive?
