  • I play ball hockey in a huge rink on cement, so a lot of running. The lunges and squats (I did not try yours) have helped me so much. I'm move so much more quickly now.

  • The often advise people to keep your abs in very tight to protect your lower back. Is it good advice?

  • yes, but keeping your abs strong, your lower back will have lighter load to bear.
