@Loopsifly yea iv watched heaps,the executive producers and creators damon lindalof and calton cuse, they have done numerous interviews and podcasts about the whole thing and it is 100 percent put to rest that they died in the plane crash. the narative doesnt indicate that at all either, the whole dead the whole time thing was for the flash sideways that was used though season 6. fark.
