I love what Gillispie is doing with the program. True it may be that we had a bumpy road the last few years, UK's legacy is still established. Gillispie was a step in the right direction and Orton was a huge pick-up. You think about it. Orton and Patterson if he were to stay would be the most or close to it, dominant front-court in the nation. UK will be back on top in a couple seasons. Expect as pre-season top 15 next year and to buld off that. Hopefully we can finish top 10. Hood's good too.

I really hope he does pick UK bc he is the type of shooter that teams who win titles have. UK has had some down years lately but we are back and will move back to the elite this year and the next two years after that will win a title. I think Byrd would love to hang a banner in Rupp. It was a real honor to see a player like him in person last sat. He is my favorite
Not only would it be great if he picked UK but it be really good for Russell to play for a coach like Gillispie. He knows how to get the most out of his plays. He also is good at turning avg. players into NBA players like Crawford and AC Law. Byrd would really be helped by a coach like Gillispie.
I agree about Byrd, he will be a very good player for Big Blue!!! You can see our program being back at championship-level in the next 2 years or even next season. There is no place in college basketball like Kentucky and no better fan-support anywhere in any sport.
Did you all here what Russell Byrd said about IU. He visited Midnight Madness at IU last year. After his visit to UK's Big Blue Madness this year, he made comments along these lines.
