The Russian guy Thomas sparred with, and I call it sparring because it's in no way a fight, was a big tough dude, but anyone can cover and hold. On the ground he tensed his muscles and held his own wrists for the most part. Take off the head gear, put on mma gloves, allow elbows and knees, and ground and pound and that guy would have been knocked out or tapped.
