@coolsterx23 They would be with their siblings in the wild, in fact they would stay with the parent birds until around 1 year. Breeders hand rear chicks in the mistaken belief that this will make them better companion birds, when this is not the case - hand reared birds are 'ticking time bombs' who often later develop behavioural problems such as plucking, biting and screaming. I implore anyone thinking of getting a parrot to research beforehand and to adopt, not buy.

I got mine when he was the same age, I took over the hand feedings as well; I have videos of my grey on here too.
