  • i thought the jumping squad was too easy, i did it more than 80 times 4 days ago... and until now my legs are aching!! if i bend it, it would hurt like my grandma ^^' anyway, i believe in the saying no pain no gain!!

  • I read about this recently. It's with a barbell on the back what I remember... and I thinks it's supposed to be jump up and not forward backward.

    But this could be some other version of cause.. :)
